Spring Vibrations Policies

Cancellations

Should a client need to cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than three hours' notice, this will be treated as a cancellation. If the service was pre-charged, a full refund minus $10 will be issued. This $10 covers transactional fees for credit cards.

Clients are welcome to cancel for any reason. However, please be aware that frequent or chronic cancellations may result in the client no longer being eligible for refunds upon cancellation. In which case a 60% fee of the total service will be charged. For instance, a $110 cancelled service would result in a $66 cancellation fee.

No Shows

If a client misses their appointment, I will try to contact them by phone call and text message 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If there is still no response, I will charge the full fee at the halfway point of the appointment.

Draping

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (17044) through the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. During a session, the genitals, breasts, and gluteal cleft will always be covered and not touched.

I mainly use a fast and simple draping method called tucking, which doesn't need any body adjustments from the client. If needed, I may use diaper draping, which involves adjusting the client and securely tucking the drapes under their body weight.

Any sexual advances will lead to an immediate end of the session and the client’s services with Spring Vibrations.

Products policies

I use a special custom made oil bar and Magnesium oil for each massage. Every session, I have a single-use bar with Shea and Cacao butter as well as fractionated coconut oil. If there's any of that bar left, I wrap it for you to keep.

Where I source these ingredients matters to me. I try to get them as directly from farmers hands as possible.

Raw Shea Butter from: Fairtaleghana.org

Raw Cacao Butter directly from: Navitas Organics

If you have allergies to any of these products I also carry fractionated coconut oil. It tends to be the easiest on skin while also being hydrating and hypoallergenic.

If a client wants to bring their own lotion, oil, or cream, I may choose not to use it.

I will try a new product once to see if my skin reacts. If the client provides a product I know is safe, I will gladly use it.

Aromatherapy

For essential oils, I use Plant Therapy. These oils are of a quality I prefer and trust. I will not use essential oils from brands I do not know.
